Nov 18: Day 3 of my fast, day 268 of our chain.
This is my 3rd day of chain fasting and I want to emphasize on the problem of increased pollution level. So we just need to stand for pollution free festivals. Pollution… Pollution…. Pollution…. People are complaining about pollution all the time without realising how much they themselves contributed in it.
Every Diwali is like a nightmare. We really don’t care about the people who are suffering from asthma including kids. We don’t care about our own pets who really get scared of the sound of crackers. Elderly people or youngsters, everybody enjoys firecrackers. I request to all who are burning their money this way better use it to help or feed poor people. Better use that money for more constructive future. Is fire work is the only way of celebrate ??

Nov 19: Day 4th of my fast, day 269 of our chain.
Today’s fast is dedicated to the parents who have always been a support in my life… from beginning till end… can we all pledge to take good care of our parents or other parents around who have been left alone by their children for whatever reason…what they need is little time to spend with… Little love and care…. 🙏🙏

Nov 20: Day 5 of my fast, day 270 of our chain.
After participating in this chain fasting for 5 days without food… I have realised how much I used to take food for granted…. Now I understand the value of food… Suffering of those who could not get food everyday… Some die because of hunger…. Food is precious don’t waste it… 🙏🙏🙏
