In 7+ years of the Modi government, the fringe has truly found its way into the mainstream. And the UC Hindu majority is too busy walking the path of least resistance as long as they’re not threatened directly.

A kind reminder to them:

I want to use my day of fasting today to acknowledge the pain so many Indians are in – deprivation, tyranny, hopelessness.

And resolve to do my bit so that some of the pain can come to an end.

Feb 24: Day 3 of my fast, day 731 of our chain.

Today is probably most appropriate for a bird’s eye view of the world we’re living in. Trump, Putin, Erdogan, Modi – all trying to carve up the world into homogenized “territories” marked by a preferred racial, ethnic or religious identity. Each of them wanting to take “their part of the world” back not only to pre-globalization days, but to dubiously glorified prehistoric times that cannot stand up to scrutiny. These authoritarian strongmen operate using uniformly similar tactics, making them oddly unified in their attempts to divide. Because keeping us divided is their easiest ticket to power. The more we are divided, the less we trust each other, and the more we can be made to fear each other – making us helpless puppets in the hands of the strongman who simply has to feed our fears with lies and divisions to rule over us and exploit us.

When we resolve to love and look out for one another in spite of our differences, we become the best antidote to the strongman’s manipulation. We benefit from each other’s diverse abilities and perspectives and cannot be turned into the strongman’s personality-deprived, zombie stormtroopers.

Let love win over fear, let freedom be the norm!

जानी-मानी पत्रकार राणा अय्यूब को जान से मारने की धमकी देने के आरोप में भोपाल पुलिस ने 24 साल के एक व्यक्ति को पकड़ा है।

सिद्धार्थ श्रीवास्तव नाम यह व्यक्ति 10वीं पास है, कपड़े की दुकान में काम करता है और जाली नाम से इंस्टाग्राम चलाता है।

सोच रहा हूं कि भोपाल जैसे खुले और शांत शहर में इतनी नफ़रत कहां से और कैसे आई।

देखिये अपनी नज़रों के सामने ढहती देश की अर्थव्यवस्था को। ये दिसंबर 2021 तक के आंकड़े हैं।

दिसंबर में औद्योगिक उत्पादन 0.4% रहा, जबकि मैन्युफैक्चरिंग 0.1% और घटा, क्योंकि बाजार में मांग नहीं है।

पूंजीगत सामानों का उत्पादन 4.6% कम हुआ और उपभोक्ता सामान के उत्पादन में 2.7% की गिरावट आई।

हमारे झुठलेन्द्र पीएम चुनावी राज्यों में इसे आर्थिक रिकवरी और विकास बता रहे हैं।

अगले 25 साल के अमृतकाल में अम्बानी-अडाणी में से कोई एक शायद दुनिया का सबसे अमीर बन जाये।

◆28 बैंकों को ABG शिपयार्ड ने लगाया 22,842 करोड़ का चूना ◆ कंपनी जहाज़ निर्माण का काम करती है. इसके शिपयार्ड गुजरात के दहेज और सूरत में स्थित हैं.सीबीआई ने आज ABG शिपयार्ड के निदेशकों पर 28 बैंकों से 22842 करोड़ की धोखाधड़ी का मामला दर्ज़ किया है।

इस कंपनी का मालिक ऋषि अग्रवाल है।

यह विजय माल्या से भी बड़ी धोखाधड़ी का मामला है। ज़रा सोचकर देखिये कि मोदीराज में आपकी जमा पूंजी को किस तरह बेदर्दी से लूटा जा रहा है।
