I’m fasting today to protest against inroads of political elements in sports. Saurav Ganguly was eased out of apex cricket body, presumably for his tacit refusal to toe the lines of BJP. I also condemn the efforts of the law minister to snatch the powers to appoint judges from the Collegium to the Ministry of Law and Justice. Hope the judiciary will continue to be upright against this onslaught by the government.
My fasting today is in support for the innocent people imprisoned for years and to protest those authorities that are not mindful of the repercussions #ReleaseAllPoliticalPrisoners

Oct 12: Day 2 of my fast, day 959 of our chain.
भारत की अर्थव्यवस्था श्रीलंका बनने की ओर बहुत तेज़ी से बढ़ रही है श्रीलंका 51 अरब डॉलर का विदेशी कर्ज नही चुका पाया और कटोरा लेकर खड़ा हो गया था ….. इसी संदर्भ में क्या आप जानना चाहेंगे कि भारत को अगले छह महीने में कितना विदेशी कर्ज चुकाना है यह रकम है 267 अरब डॉलर !……
जी हां यह सच है और यही रुपए के गिरने की सबसे बडी वजह भी है
अभी भारत पर टोटल लगभग करीब 621 अरब डॉलर का विदेशी कर्ज है, उसका करीब 40 प्रतिशत हिस्सा, यानि 267 अरब डॉलर का विदेशी ऋण भारत सरकार को अगले 6 महीने में चुकाने हैं और देश की अर्थव्यवस्था के सामने ये एक बहुत बड़ी चुनौती है।
अगर हम कहते है कि भारत की अर्थव्यवस्था श्रीलंका से पांच गुना बढ़ी है तो कर्ज भी तो पांच गुना बड़ा है
दरअसल दो तरह के कर्ज लिए जाते है एक है दीर्घकालीन और एक होते है अल्पकालीन ……इस वक्त देश पर लंबी अवधि का कर्ज 499.1 अरब डॉलर का है जो कुल बाहरी कर्ज का 80.4 प्रतिशत है जबकि 121.7 अरब डॉलर के साथ छोटी अवधि के कर्ज की हिस्सेदारी 19.6 प्रतिशत है
एक और भयानक तथ्य जान लीजिए हमारे पास जितना विदेशी मुद्रा भंडार है उससे अब कर्ज की रकम कही ज्यादा बड़ी हो गईं हैं 30 सितम्बर तक भारत के पास कुल 532.664 अरब डॉलर का विदेशी मुद्रा भंडार ही रह गया है जिसमे फॉरेन करेंसी एसेट्स (FCA) तो मात्र 472.807 अरब डॉलर ही रह गया है
अब इसमें से आप अगले छह महिने में चुकाने वाली रकम 267 अरब डॉलर को घटा दीजिए तो असलियत आपके सामने खुद ब खुद आ जाएगी
ऋण चुकाने के लिए किसी देश के पास पर्याप्त विदेशी मुद्रा भंडार होना चाहिए. और वो बहुत तेज़ी से घट रहा है, जनवरी 2022 के पहले सप्ताह में भारत के पास 633 अरब डॉलर का विदेशी मुद्रा भंडार था, जिसमें अब तक 100 अरब डॉलर से अधिक की गिरावट आ चुकी है यह पिछले एक दशक में सबसे अधिक है.
मीडिया यह विश्वास दिला रहा है कि भारत मंदी से निकल जायेगा लेकिन वो ये तो देख ही नहीं रहा है कि इस शताब्दी की पहली मंदी जो 2008 में आई थीं उस वक्त कुल ऋण अनुपात में भारत का विदेशी मुद्रा भंडार 138.0 प्रतिशत के आंकड़े के साथ सबसे उच्च स्तर पर था.और अब ये -85% के आसपास है और मार्च 2023 तक तो इसमें से भी आधा साफ़ हो जायेगा …..
इसके साथ विदेशी व्यापार घाटा भी दुगुनी तेजी के साथ बढ़ रहा है ये भी ख़तरनाक हालात का संकेत है
हम जैसे लोग बार बार आगाह कर रहे हैं कि इकनॉमी के मोर्चे पर हालात बहुत खराब होने जा रहे हैं लेकिन अधिकांश जनता को ऐसी अफीम चटाई जा रही है कि उसे कोई होश ही नही है……✍️ Girish Malviya

रूस ने इस हफ़्ते की शुरूआत में टेकजॉइंट कम्पनी मेटा को आतंकवादी संगठनों की सूची में डाल दिया …..आप इस वक्त मेटा पर ही यह पोस्ट पढ़ रहे हैं दरअसल मेटा ही इंस्टाग्राम, फेसबुक और व्हाट्सएप की मूल कंपनी है.
इसी के साथ परसों ही ख़बर आई कि अमित मालवीय जो बीजेपी आई टी सेल के प्रमुख है उनके कहने पर मेटा के instagram से सात पोस्ट बिना वेरिफिकेशन किए हटा दी गई इन पोस्ट में यूपी के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ का मंदिर बनाकर उनकी पूजा करने संबंधी एक फोटो पोस्ट किया गया था जिसे अमित मालवीय द्वारा रिपोर्ट किए जाने के बाद हटा दिया गया…..
इसके बाद यह आश्चर्य जनक खुलासा हुआ कि अमित मालवीय जी को असल में भारत में मेटा के ‘क्रॉसचेक प्रोग्राम’ के तहत विशेषाधिकार मिले हुए है मेटा उन्हे हाई प्रोफाईल यूजर का विशिष्ट दर्जा देता है
इस‘क्रॉसचेक [XCheck] प्रोग्राम का पता तब चला जब सितंबर, 2021 को वॉल स्ट्रीट जर्नल (डब्ल्यूएसजे) ने “द फेसबुक फाइल्स” शीर्षक से फेसबुक की सामग्री नीतियों के बारे में एक विस्तृत जांच की। इस जांच से सामने आया कि फेसबुक द्वारा इस्तेमाल किया जाने वाला “एक्स-चेक” या क्रॉस-चेक प्रोग्राम, जो कथित तौर पर कंपनी के कुछ हाई-प्रोफाइल उपयोगकर्ताओं को विशेष सुविधाएं देता है। इन हाई-प्रोफाइल उपयोगकर्ताओं की सामग्री को फेसबुक के दिशानिर्देशों का पालन करने से छूट दी गई है।
इन ‘हाई-प्रोफाइल’ यूजर्स को इस सीमा तक विशेषाधिकार मिले हैं कि उन्हें कोई पोस्ट पसंद न आई तो वे उस पोस्ट हटवा सकते हैं और कंपनी इस बात की जांच तक नहीं करेगी कि यह जायज़ वजह से किया गया था या नहीं.
अब आप खुद ही अंदाजा लगा लीजिए कि एक पार्टी के आई टी प्रमुख को यह विशिष्ट सुविधा दी जा रही है तो भारत में लोकतांत्रिक प्रक्रिया को कितना बडा खतरा उत्पन्न हो रहा है, क्योंकि भारत में मेटा के तीनों प्लेटफार्म इंस्टाग्राम फेसबुक और व्हाट्स एप पर लगभग देश की अस्सी फीसदी आबादी अपना बड़ा वक्त गुजार रही है…..
कुछ दिनो पहले ही मैसेजिंग एप Telegram के फाउंडर पावेल डुरोव ने दुनिया को चेताया है। व्हाट्स एप एक सर्विलांस टूल है पिछले महीने वॉट्सऐप द्वारा बताए गए सिक्योरिटी इश्यू पर प्रकाश डालते हुए, ड्यूरोव ने कहा कि वॉट्सऐप, यूजर्स के डेटा को खतरे में डाल रहा है। पावेल डुरोव ने व्हाट्सएप यूजर्स को मैसेजिंग एप से दूर रहने की सलाह दी है और दावा किया है कि व्हाट्सएप यूजर्स के फोन को हैकर्स आसानी से हैक कर सकते हैं और उनके डाटा को भी एक्सेस कर सकते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि वह यूजर्स से टेलीग्राम इस्तेमाल करने के लिए नहीं कह रहे हैं, वे चाहे कोई भी मैसेजिंग एप इस्तेमाल करें, लेकिन व्हाट्सएप से दूर रहें। बता दें कि पहले भी कई बार पावेल व्हाट्सएप को लेकर अलर्ट रहने का दावा कर चुके हैं।
फेसबुक के बारे में तो हम शूरू से जानते आए हैं कि यह प्रोपगैंडा और गलत सूचनाओं को फैलाने में धड़ल्ले से इस्तेमाल किया जा रहा है लेकिन इंस्टा और व्हाट्सएप के बारे में भी हमे अब पता चल गया है ✍️ Girish Malviya Sir
Hi all , sorry for the late post . Tough day today. There is a family function , my niece first birthday today. So much of food around me , but can’t eat . it was really challenging not to eat my favourite cake today . I could finally finish it for today . because this chain fasting always gives me that motivation to do something on my side, thanks to Suniti for this great opportunity. Today I’m fasting for a reason , to show my protest against Indian media . I want to share my experiences in this field . Journalism was my passion , I worked for many channels, tried to give my best , but I was never happy with what I was asked to do . Every channel has an agenda , and the journalist has to work for the channels agenda which is Not for the truth but for politics. I stopped working anywhere for any channel , started working as an independent journalist. Then many politicians approached me to work for them . I refused . But recently one senior journalist approached me . And asked me to work for them , and he said Their moto is save journalism, I felt it’s true and joined them , but later realised it’s again the same. They are not happy that I am not working as a typical godi media , and raising my voice against godi and Modi , I’m being secular , So I got fired . now I have started cloud kitchen business . Which is giving me 100% satisfaction. There is a similarity in both . cooking was always been there . before we use to cook news recipes with added masala to the content , now cooking food with natural masalas . but, here I’m selling only food but not the soul . media is sold out . But my work as a responsible journalist , will continue, and keep raising my voice for truth and justice until this fascist government quits.

Hi all Today my second day of the fast was in support of Bharat jodo Yatra . The one and only yatra , which is really connecting India . Yes ye yatra asal mein Bharat ko jod ne laga hai, Kai logon ko thodne laga hai…, its not just connecting India but it is breaking many minds , many strategies, politicians , and the media . while Rahul’was giving speech , drenching in the rain , people also were listening equally drenching, shows the real connection. That’s what the connecting means. Rahul is moving towards becoming a leader . A real leader is way beyond a PM. Godi and Modi Both have tried their level best all these years to miss popular Rahul Gandhi , portraying him as pappu, and inefficient. But now Rahul proved them all wrong. That is called the real power of Gandhism . Some lakhs of photos of Modi were used by all sources , to promote his image through out the world . But one picture of Rahul drenching in rain , is equal to crores of modis photos . And his pre planned photo sessions . All the very best Rahul , you are the hope . For many questions ,you are the answer . you took the lead n be the leader . India is waiting for freedom once more .

The funniest incident happened in the Rahul Bharat jodo yatra yesterday. One of the reporters of Republic tv, the head of godi media, was running far away from Rahul and shouting Mr. Rahul …, Mr. Rahul …, four times holding a Mike. Rahul didn’t even see him and left . This dramatic scene was repeatedly Telecasted in the channel playing that clip in loop. showing that he called Rahul many times and Rahul didn’t reply and was escaping from the reporters questions . How funny was that ? Shouting Mr. Rahul is a question to be answered by anyone ? shameless channel and shameless activities. any channel in India ever dare to ask Mr.Modi ? Shout on Mr. Modi ? Cal as Mr.Modi ? be cause more than 90% of channels were sold out , they work only for modi. And Mr. Modi , had ever come in front of media? In the last 8 years at least one media conference he attended? Any one question he answered ? In his two terms of ruling only once he attended before 2019 elections , that too he didn’t say a single word to media , only Mr. Shah was replying on his behalf . These channels who are morally dead as the journalists years ago , are keeping alive there evil journalism. Shame on them , Shame on Modi and team .
Having started this fasting chain on February 25, 2020, in the middle of the NE Delhi pogrom, we have seen, suffered and protested much during the past 950 days. The strength of sentiment of people in India against the fascist bent of its government needs no words – the fact that this difficult and physically demanding chain has brought together so many Indians and their friends all over the world every single day for such a long time – that alone speaks volumes!
And as this chain grew, I have had the fortune of every day meeting people I can only call saints, the way Kurt Vonnegut defined them: people behaving decently in an indecent society.
I will always and forever be grateful for the opportunity of calling you all my friends ❤️

Oct 4: Day 2 of my fast, day 951 of our chain.
I have been following PM Modi‘s FB page for a few weeks now, and am amused to watch him tout every development plan/milestone with a child’s excitement. I am repulsed by his overt religiosity, expressed in the form of temple visits and pujas. I am terrified when he associates both infrastructure projects and temples with “pride.”
Why? Because idle pride is a dangerous thing. It makes us believe we are more entitled than others to things we contributed no more to than others. It makes us too complacent to learn what we need to identify and overcome our true limitations. Modi, with his brand of pride, is turning his followers into a band of bullies. If that is what the whole of India is going to become under his “rule,” I’m not sure I want anything to do with that India.
I hope it will not come to that. I hope India is bigger and better. I am heartened by Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra, which wins hearts with humility, love, and dogged perseverance. Progress cannot come from infrastructure development alone. Progress needs human development above all else. And Modi does not know zilch about that.
